CRM – Feedback Guide

Welcome to Perfecto ERP! In this documentation, we’ll guide you step-by-step through the Feedback Registration Process to ensure smooth and efficient handling of customer feedback.
Feedback Registration
To record Feedback, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Start the Process
Click on “New” to initiate the feedback registration.

Step 2: Fill in the Details
Enter the following information:

Date: Input the date when the feedback was received.
Source: Specify the source of the feedback ( phone, email, or actual visit ,etc ).
Feedback Source: Indicate whether the feedback came from a Client or an Employee.
Feedback Reason: Identify the purpose of the feedback, such as Sales Follow-Up, or you can add any other relevant reason based on the context.
Resource Receiving Feedback: Enter the name of the person or department that received the feedback.
Description: Provide a detailed description of the feedback.
Feedback Type: Categorize the feedback, such as Positive or Negative.
Customer: Add the customer’s name to link the feedback to their record.
Customer Opinion: Record the customer’s thoughts, opinions, or suggestions.
Step 3: Save the Feedback
Once all details are filled in, click on “Save” to store the feedback in the system.

This ensures that customer insights are captured, helping your organization improve its services and enhance customer satisfaction.
