CRM – Follow up Guide
Welcome to Perfecto ERP! In this documentation, we’ll guide you step-by-step through the Follow ups Registration Process to ensure smooth and efficient handling of customer feedback.
To create and track Follow-Ups, follow these steps:
Step 1: Initiate Follow-Up
Click on “New” to start a follow-up entry.
Step 2: Enter the Follow-Up Details
Fill in the following fields:
Customer: Select the customer you are following up with.
Date: Input the date of the follow-up activity.
Follow-Up Type: Choose the method of follow-up from the following options:
By Phone
SMS
Email
Fax
Social Media
Knocking Door (in-person visits)
Personal Connection
Tender (for follow-ups related to bids or proposals).
Source: Indicate the direction of the follow-up:
Client to Sales (when the customer initiates the follow-up), or sales to Client (when the follow-up is initiated by the sales team).
Resource: Specify the person responsible for handling the follow-up.
Follow-Up Description: Provide a brief description of the follow-up, including key details or outcomes.
Step 3: Save the Follow-Up
